Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Renmo Homes, located inside UJE Plaza, Adenta, Accra, Ghana (“Renmo”), handles information about businesses that use Renmo Partners, and the people who use the dashboard on their behalf.

• Your account: your name, email address and password.
• Your business: trading and legal name, business registration number, and contact email and phone.
• Payout details: the Mobile Money number or bank account we pay you into, and the name on it.
• Transactions:the charges you make — amounts, dates, status, the customer's name and the last digits of their Renmo Voucher.
• Developer settings: API keys (we only show you the full secret once) and webhook endpoint URLs.

• to verify your business before you can take payments;
• to process charges and pay you what you're owed;
• to show you your sales, settlements and receipts;
• to keep accounts secure and prevent fraud; and
• to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We share information only where needed to run the service — for example with our payment provider to send your payouts. We don't sell your information.

The dashboard uses cookies only to keep you signed in. They aren't used for advertising or tracking, and the dashboard won't work without them.

We keep your information for as long as your account is open. After it closes, we keep transaction and settlement records for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records, then delete or anonymise them.

You can see and update your account and business details in Settings at any time. To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below. Some records, such as completed transactions, may have to be kept for legal reasons even after you ask us to delete them.
